Papillon Perail Sheep's Cheese 150g Orange Well-balanced on the palate withSoft and supple, with a fresh, milky center and a gentle sheep character. The bloomy rind keeps it creamy and delicate, so each bite spreads easily and finishes clean. Made from pasteurized sheep's milk and ripened at least seven days, it stays bright rather than pungent. Let it come up to room temperature and enjoy with warm bread, then pour a dry sparkling wine, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, dry cider or a saison.
