1600's Shipwreck Found Vessels Hand sewn hand-made piecePorcelain vessels recovered in 2001 from a Chinese Junk shipwreck, located 40 miles off the coast of Binh Thuan province, Vietnam. By 2002, nearly 34,000 pieces of porcelain, silk, & other goods were excavated; half of which were reserved for Vietnamese museums while the other half were sold in auctions in 2004.
