Cota 45 Agostado 2021, Cádiz Sidra Natural Biodynamicasoleo Trebujena Arcos de la Frontera Agostado is an unfortified white wine comprised of almost extinct varietals such as perruno, uva rey, and of course palomino. Aged oxidatively without a veil of flor, the wine nevertheless has a sherry like character due to the extended aging in sherry botas. As this is a young wine, Agostado is already showing rich and nutty characteristics, smoky and savory with an umami intensity. VdT: Cdiz Grapes: Palomino
