It's done on machine with a 16" horizontal machine seam hidden in the stripes and a similar vertical machine seam along the side seam of the skirt

Bodice is buttoned to the front and has a high neck with collar and a half sleeve

Waistline nips in and skirt is sweet and full

so I think intended for a 32" bust but fits approx like a Small/UK8
