Whenever Wrexial deals combat damage to a player, you may cast target instant or sorcery card from that player's graveyard without paying its mana cost
This is an immensely powerful effect, especially in a black control deck (be it Commander or otherwise) that cares about dealing with any threat your opponent might have in their hand, on the board, in the graveyard anywhere

I believe that being useful in two completely different situations is one of the most powerful characteristics a card can have, and as such its no surprise that I have high hopes for my preview card, Boon of the Wish-Giver
White will have the most venture into the dungeon cards, followed by blue and black, then finally red and green, as all colors will have some venturing
