As I say, there's a lot going on for a fairly high cost, and I struggle to see this card seeing too much play given the setup required to cast it for its Shift cost, especially in Ruby & Steel decks which typically skew far more aggressive
Whether or not thats the case, its becoming quite clear that Lorcana Locations are going to massively change how we play the game
The steel ink type highlights this particular side of the dashing character with this Into the Inklands card Robin Hood, Champion of Sherwood

This should be a solid deck provided theres a strong pool of equipment and a selection of creatures thatll permit players to go a little wide while building up Cloud to his full opponent-smashing potential
As far as actually playing the deck, there's fun to be had
