If the game stretches out, you might even be able to drop the Cordial Vampire and then burst-kill someone out of nowhere, thanks to how well it plays with Kalastria Highborn and Blood Artist when fueled by zero-mana sacrifice outlets such as Viscera Seer, Stromkirk Condemned, and Bloodthrone Vampire
It means that the sets were always meant to be played together, in which case Magic: The Gatherings old block format of drafts, where you'd take two from one set and one from the other, would have been more logical
Even if they do that, Emrakul is sideboard technology that is tricky to deal with and asks very little of you
Cactuar Rating: 2/10 This is a wonderfully flavorful design, as Cactuars are very hard to hit and often run away from you after they deal you a bunch of damage
Deckstats: the data nerd's choice Deckstats doesn't try to look pretty, and that's kind of the point
While this card may not be quite good enough for the Modern format, its definitely playable in both Standard and Pioneer
