Its an excellent card to build around graveyard mechanics like flashback

It can be shut down in exchange for generating a 1/1 unblockable, which is actually pretty terrible

However, sometimes you have a bunch of mana that needs to be used for creatures and dont quite have ten for Ulamog, so I can see this being situationally good

Not everybody can gather those Championship Exclusive cards to complete their sets

Now, while you only have to find two cards, these are by no means easy ones to collect and you'll need to be very patient while hunting for them
