Lightning, Army of One Rarity: Mythic Rare Card Type: Legendary Creature Human Soldier Power/Toughness: 3/2 Casting Cost: 1RW Market Value: $14.97 (Regular), $16.88 (Foil) Lightning started off strong as one of the most sought-after cards in the entire Final Fantasy set, and players discovering her power potential as a commander has only helped the Lightning, Army of One card continue to inflate in value (especially the extended art/borderless/surge foil versions)
Clearly, they aren't just focused on the cinematic adaptations and other side projects
When alls said and done, though, its against the spirit of the format, and can lead to some really awkward game states especially when its cast by an inexperienced player
Thirst (Mirage/Visions/Weatherlight) Blue doesn't get removal spells often, and they usually aren't in the common slot
These game-breaking cards can end games single-handedly, requiring little more thought than slotting them into your deck
