Opened them up and the cards look very odd and fake on first glance, a lot of arts from previous sets, but they do have the small pokemon logo on the bottom, seen very high quality, have the right copyright texts and the box looks good as well (found one on ebay)
I expect to see this card quite often in Commander as a one-shot graveyard hate effect that also stops storm and other combos
