By exerting this card, players can take a look at the top two cards of their deck and then return one to the top of the deck and put the other at the bottom of the deck
Either way, after the madness card is cast and leaves the battlefield, it goes to the graveyard like a normal card
Faithless Looting (red, 1 mana): Draws two, discards two, with flashback for a second use
Reliably getting a known number of 1/1s is far more helpful in terms of planning than "the best thing in play at the time"
