For opening packs of an older set (pre-2024), a Set Booster is often better
It may sit in your hand not doing much for a load longer than Azorius Charm but that it a price you will gladly pay for how much better it is in the matchups you actively want that kind of card in
While it isnt as bad as the previously mentioned cards, it still isn't a great card and might even play into your opponents favor if they need to discard cards for their deck to work
