yugioh kaiba evolution starter deck Yu-Gi-Oh! - Blue-Eyes White Dragon SKE-001 Super Rare Singles by Yu YuGiOh 2004 Kaiba Evolution Starter

Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards provides token decks absurdly powerful card draw considering how little blue interacts with tokens

The card is Black Diamond Label certified and graded Gold Label Pristine 10 the most prestigious level by the respected card grading group Sportscard Guaranty Corporation

I think there might be a few factors influencing that perception

C Common Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon X DARK Rank 4 [ DragonXyzEffect ] ATK 2500 DEF 2000 2 Level 4 monsters You can detach 2 materials from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls

Rebel decks often just dropped down Lin Sivvi and then never cast another spell the entire game, instead building up their forces and mana base turn after turn

The large majority of board wipes, like Wrath of God, Blasphemous Act, Toxic Deluge, and so forth don't target anything, and therefore are not crimes
