mtg counter commander deck Shalai and Hallar +1/+1 COUNTERS Magic wield dazzling magic "Counter Blessings" Commander Deck |

I like this one

A few cards that were in Revised but had been cut from Fourth were brought back as well, including Atog and Shatterstorm

Wizard decks didnt really need another Panharmonicon effect, but here we go: enter Harmonic Prodigy

9 Orvar, The All-Form - Shapeshifting Spellcasting Orvar, The All-Form is a unique pick for any tribal deck, as it doesn't directly map onto any except the rare Changeling tribal archetype

This opens the door to more strategies because green is one of the best colors for access to both ramp and more fatties to cheat out with Etali

A number of those WOE cards fit into a deck with this Rakdos commander, along with other creature death payoffs like Garna, Bloodfist of Keld
