mtg tegwyll commander deck Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor [Wilds of Eldraine Commander] deathtouch Other Faeries you control get +1/+1 Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor (WOC-001)

however, theyre an excellent card for generating Dog tokens

And neither Steel nor Ruby provide a deep pool of card draw effects - which means you really have to husband the resources you have

The story of the Khans of Tarkir block was that the Planeswalker Sarkhan Vol returned to his homeworld of Tarkir and traveled to the past to save his beloved dragons (who had all been killed off in the current timeline)

Lolth and The Wandering Emperor also join the fray as sticky threats that just accrue value for you over time

Meanwhile the two abilities below that, which require the card to be tapped, are considered activated abilities

Loxi: This is a card that exists for flavor, and even if I say the function of it might be a bit janky, the idea/concept lines up so well with the execution of it that I can't help but love the card
