Inexorable Tide still has a high enough ceiling to deserve mention, but its not a staple of counter-based strategies anymore
For starters, its second attack, Electric Ball, is able to deal a significant 100 points of damage , making it able to knock out many Basic and Stage 1 Pokmon in a single hit
This Rare card is numbered 13/101 in the set
That means that you can very quickly end up with significantly more land than is fair, allowing you to easily make some powerful moves early on (like, say, playing an eight-mana planeswalker on turn four)
