If the card types in your graveyard change but the quantity of card types stays the same (or increases), then the delirium triggered ability will still resolve
Sadly, the older codes from these decks have now expired, and the decks themselves are very difficult to come by (they're all unavailable on Amazon US and UK) - so you'll struggle to find an unopened copy with an intact code for a reasonable price

Which is itself not a bad Standard card by any means But in the current fast-paced Standard metagame, where mice and buffed monks can get you very dead very soon, it's hard to see how a worst Harvester may find its way into top-tier decks
