Playing style[edit] True King[edit] Each "True King" monster has two effects, with a hard once per turn condition attached to each

Essentially, this means if a creature has haste, you can attack with it the turn it enters the battlefield

If you have a "daemon" ritual monster on the front of your extra deck, you can special summoned from your deck to up to 1 card / deck each with "Royal Demon", "Duke Daemon" and "Heines Daemon"

It is genuinely unsettling in a way Pokmon rarely attempts, and it made the eventual card art feel inevitable: you do not design something that looks like that and give it an ordinary illustration
