249 card all spell mtg deck Wort, the Raidmother Activate this ability only if Luminarch Ascension has four or more quest counters on it. Here are some possible cards

Arcane Sanctum ($1.50) Important art and only one other foil to compete with, itll hit $5 before the end of the year

The trade-off for that restriction comes in strength, of course

Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.) Legendary Creature - Elemental Lizard Color tag templates(None) Krosan Tusker Cycling ( , Discard this card: Draw a card.) When you cycle this card, you may search your library for a basic land card, reveal that card, put it into your hand, then shuffle

In decks that might not have as much to do early as they build towards their more expensive cards, this serves as a great way to keep filtering through your deck and building up your resources to get there

If Aang's Iceberg leaves the battlefield before the activated ability resolves, you will be unable to sacrifice Aang's Iceberg and will not scry, even if Aang's Iceberg was sacrificed via a different ability while its activated ability was on the stack
