Please note that Theme Boosters do not contain cards from the Mystical Archivethose are for advanced students only

You may just just leave here with the terrifying awareness of which black and red gold cards are seeing the most play in EDH

The best mythic rare MTG cards genuinely change the way games play out

The deck jams in pretty much every town from Final Fantasy , minus one or two of the truly non-synergistic colorless lands

Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER / Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER caught my eye as a commander, largely because its a legendary Blood Artist that also draws cards and serves as a sacrifice outleta perfect encapsulation of what mono-black wants to do

Mathing out the appropriate number of actions needed to take down certain opponent characters from time to time is just as important as playing a roster of your own characters who can lead to a big scoring round
