Its rise seems partly down to its prominence (It was reprinted several times in nearly consecutive MTG sets.) partly due to its simplicity and low strength (It's a fine card in Limited but a straight upgrade, Carnage Tyrant, came out in the very set it made its debut.) and partly due to its big, grinning dinosaur head
Still, its an evasive creature with reasonably high power that just doesnt stay dead, and overall thats something Im interested in
This can be a significant upside if you happen to get a removal spell or board wipe that you'd rather not use at that moment
Even then, this seems a little too fragile to really get going on a 4-mana 3/3, but this card is probably right up your alley if you like your political games of Commander
In effect, all DM creatures have attack-flying (think Canopy Cover or Elven Riders ) and only the Light, Water and Darkness creatures (and only some of them) have defense-flying (reach, I suppose)
