It had puffed three quarter sleeves finished with 2cm elastic that can be worn long or pushed up depending on your desired sleeve puffiness. It has a triple tie closure on the back of the dress, which can be worn reversible if you prefer a tie front, The skirt is a smock shape with plenty of gathering for a
