It is crafted from a heavy midnight blue wool fabric. The coat is double breasted with three rows of buttons, of which all three are used. It features wide lapels with buttonholes on both sides. The coat has horizontal front pockets with flaps. The back has a belt and a vent. Inside, it is fully lined and has two inner pockets, one on each side. The condition is generally
