Daiginjo Primer Pack (BTL 720ml) recommendify-hide This is a Shochu GumiWelcome to the world of daiginjo sake! If you've never had daiginjos before, you're in the right place. We've hand selected two bottles that we love here at Umami Mart that are representative of the style. Daiginjos require the use of highly polished rice with a seimaibuai of at least 50%. This means that 50% of the original rice grain is polished away. What's left is the starchy core of the rice grain, unlocking floral characteristics in the rice.
