Our statue depicts the crucifixion of Christ, shown already dead with his eyes rolled back, head tilted to the right and a gapping mouth showing the sufferings of the Passion. This statue is hand carved out of wood and hand painted. He has glass eyes showing just the whites of his eyes rolled back into his head.
