This merlot is soft, yet structured, its fruity notes of blackberry, strawberries and raspberries balanced by savoury, drier notes of chocolate, vanilla and tart cassis. Pair with a variety of dishes, especially light pasta, tomato sauces and a variety of hard and soft cheeses.
