CM400DY-12NF-MITSUBISHI Palmetto Inventory 10A continuous collector current (IC)

10A continuous collector current (IC) in a single-switch topology for flexible circuit integration

making it a dependable choice for engineers designing or maintaining high-power conversion equipment

so procurement teams supporting installed fleets must source from distributors carrying authenticated OEM stock

high surge current capability

Sourcing high-current IGBT modules like the CM500HA-34A through traditional distribution channels can be challenging due to long lead times and limited availability

CM400DY-12NF-MITSUBISHI Palmetto Inventory 10A continuous collector current (IC)The Mitsubishi CM400DY 12NF is a high performance dual (2 in 1) IGBT module from Mitsubishi's NF series, delivering a continuous collector current of 400A at a blocking voltage of 600V (1200V class designation). Built on advanced NF series IGBT technology, this module offers low saturation voltage, reduced switching losses, and enhanced thermal performance, making it well suited for high efficiency power conversion in demanding industrial
