Montes Folly Syrah 750mL Cava with excellent acidity and complexityTHE WINE Montes Folly is the iconic Syrah from steep, granitic slopes in Apalta, Colchagua Valley. Hand picked fruit from low yielding vines delivers a powerful yet finely tuned expression with extraordinary color and aromatic intensity. Fermentation and levage are designed to shape structure without sacrificing freshness. The wine then ages 18 months in French oak (80% new, 20% second use), gaining polish, complexity and length.
