Babylonstoren Shiraz producer_domaine_auvigue precision and refined flavourBold Elegance from the Cape Babylonstoren Shiraz embodies depth and sophistication, crafted with precision from vineyards at the foot of the Simonsberg Mountain. The Shiraz grapes are fermented on their skins for around seven days, followed by extended maceration. After pressing, the wine matures in 70% new and 30% second fill 300 litre French oak barrels. Following malolactic fermentation, it is racked and returned to oak for a further 18 months
