I had several waifu trainers in my collection that rose huge in value during the bubble(early july peak seems), I stupidly did not sell and just held thinking the 1000s$+ price tags would hold longer than they did

This means that whenever you have more mana at the end of turn of the player to your right than the cards current base power/toughness, you can make it bigger (well, you can do it at any time, but you get my point)
