At five mana Roxanne is a little slow to get into play, but you've got access to all the green ramp and red rituals in order to get her out earlier, netting the Shock effect from her Meteorite token and even more mana the following turn

The better question is what you can bargain in return from the Selesnya player when you ask them if you should play it
