As with a few other cards on this list Im not a fan of how little the flavor text relates to Inspirations effect
Often the engagement then actually gets in the way: you end up ticking off specific tasks within a match, rather than playing the game itself for its own good, and only come back for extrinsic rewards: skins, XP, packs, or whatever else
Ripjaw Raptor can therefore be a pretty consistent draw engine in the right deck, or just a solid attacker that your opponents may be reluctant to block
Even in a world where Confidant is still playable, there are arguably better versions in cards like Caustic Bronco
