The no rarity set is for sure less notable than the 1st edition set or even the shadowless set, but because of the pop the prices could just skyrocket, or be a bit underwhelming because buyers are not touching the cards because of lack of sales data (which I would find unlikely)
Commander would be a better place with more aggressive decks, and these incentivize players to get more aggressive
Still quite a few to collect, going for all english and japanese including all variants like shadowless base and the reverse holos
The Tier 1 cards are wonderful but theyre $700$850 each you can buy four or five great Law cards for the price of one Tier 1 chase
The card is still wildly above the curve for power and is very easy to have deal 6 for a mere 2 mana
As a side-note, I looked up who Gwendlyn Di Corci is and, well, suffice to say that she's the sort of person who would really appreciate handcuffs
