Card advantage and open mana on the same turn gives control decks exactly what they want

The copies resolve before the original spell

With convoke, you can sometimes play the card for free, providing you're going wide enough

Enchantment Color tag templates(None) Enchantment (CTRL to add secondary) Instant Qty: 2 Price: $3.98 Mirrorweave Each other creature becomes a copy of target nonlegendary creature until end of turn

While the nontoken clause hampers it a bit (but is welcome), I dont think most decks with White in the color identity will find that too troublesome of a burden when saving your board and even yourself from defeat is the upside

Constructed: Akuma Tier Limited: Bison Tier Mutavault I could talk about how this is one of the top three manlands ever printed, but instead Ill just say this: Thank you, Wizards of the Coast, for cleaving the price on Mutavault by making it a basic rare in a Core Set
