This was one of the few times a deck had to be emergency banned

You can only use this effect of "Performapal Barracuda" once per turn

If your opponent has deployed a large amount of equipment, you can deal massive damage without having to go through battle

Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell Card or effect (Quick Effect): You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone, and if you do, negate that effect, then, if you placed this Ritual Summoned card in the Pendulum Zone, you can Special Summon 1 "Odd-Eyes" monster from your Extra Deck.

To explain the last part of this Skill, essentially if you have 2 Skills that would meet their activation requirements at the same time and happen to be a Skill that can be used during the opponents turn, the order in which you resolve them is turn player, followed by the other player
