The Wandering Emperor My personal belief is that this card is worse on rate than a fairly long list of four-mana white cards

One of their defining characteristics is their ability to generate obscene amounts of mana, which makes Tyvar the Bellicose an intriguing option as an elf commander since it makes your mana dorks bigger
