tony tony chopper one piece card game Milotic ex 237/191 Evolves from null Type Milotic ex 217/191 (SSP) Surging

There are also a couple one-off elder dragons: Modern Horizons 2 printed Piru, the Volatile as the first wedge tri-color elder dragon, and Final Fantasy Commander brought us Hraesvelgr of the First Brood

Cards in play carry over between rounds, with the winner of the previous round going first, and the loser drawing a new card (more often than not, going second is advantageous.) It's the final round, with myself and Rosewater tied at 2 rounds a piece

There had better be a commander for it in Hour of Devastation

Unfortunately, this card doesn't really have a home outside of decks built around a specific Creature type

However, planeswalkers use the characters name as a subtype instead of something generic like cat

Great for Brainstorm: Again, sort of a budget fetchland
