Fisher's Talent is an expensive investment for what it does in the first couple modes, and if you get it into play early you aren't likely to invest more mana into in to gain levels until late enough in the game that it loses value

If you then take all the additional non-creature artifacts and pretend like they are creatures (that don't contribute to the total count of creatures) you wind up with a card that has over 95% target range which is better than the very best Doom Blade cards
Team Rockets Mewtwo ex Hyper Rare, 240/182 Gold colored, Hyper Rare cards are often among the most visually impactful cards in any given Pokmon set, and stand out thanks to an emphasis on golden backgrounds, outlines and even a textured card treatment
This is a solid two-drop, though not an overly impressive one for an Uncommon
