Utility: Unlike Brago, Yorion, Sky Nomad requires additional support in the deck to reach its maximum potential

Note: deck archetypes are numbered for clarity but not ranked

In Foundations, however, it actually fares better on the creature side in my eyes

Card Name Mana Cost Type Legendary Creature - Utrom Human Ninja Rarity Rare rules Text Whenever Krang & Shredder enter or attack, each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card

Add in the fact that the card is actually a good legendary Blood Artist that provides card draw and a strong finisher in Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel, and I have to say that this is a 10/10 design and a great commander

Blue bounce spells are the second best tempo cards in limited behind pure removal spells, so a reusable enchantment Unsummon dependent upon playing creature to begin with seems like a card that you'd like to have in your deck
