This might end up being a little too conditional for cEDH, but for those willing to run tutors in casual, this is fairly acceptable, especially for a Demon-themed deck
Even better, you can target your own creatures and just opt out of paying to pick up and reuse valuable ETB effects, or save something from removal
Youre also making small creatures unblockable, so think about all those ninjas and creatures that deal damage and draw cards, or even a ninja commander like Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow
There are also some number of quality utility lands that involve sacrificing that make this card even better: favorite Mirrorpool springs to mind, but theres also Buried Ruin, Command Beacon, Inventors Fair, Urzas Saga, and if youre a degenerate Strip Mine
That said, its still a very solid card, and one that casual blink decks in Commander will definitely want to consider
If that name doesn't ring a bell, it's the publisher's title for any crossovers that aren't part of its 'main' Magic series
