This card was tricky to get a hold of due to the changes going on with the TCG and the Professor Program at the time, as it was Pokemon Company's first time running events on its own and this card does sadly lack the WotC charm that previous promos had

The key thing here is that you obviously want to hit three wins, but we respect the rush of trying anyway
