I can see this card being played in low-powered Cubes or Limited environments
The fire-breathing art, foiling, and lore appeal have pushed this card into the $300-plus territory at times, depending on the market.
So shes a niche pick, but seeing Sokka and Kataras grandma waving goodbye with her back to the sunset is a bit comical for what winds up being an uber-useful Magic card
In cube you can't really have 10% of your deck as one mana discard cards as their are not enough, the options become too weak too quickly and the good ones get hoovered up very quickly
