Commodore Guff is the face-Commander and also an intentional localization joke, because where I come from, Guff means many things

You can flash in this, then cast any instant to return Alrund's Epiphany to their hand right off the stack and none of that can be countered with the spells legal in Standard

Theres plenty of goblin lords if you want to boost its power that way, but you can also surround it with a +1/+1 counter shell

As he notes repeatedly, the concept was too much trouble even as a one-off in Planar Chaos

Im afraid this will end up a clunker, but its one of the splashier cards in Avatar: The Last Airbender

Any stalemate situation Creeperhulk will end things the turn after you make him, in super late game situations or ones where you have gotten them to low life you can activate it right away and finish the game on the spot
