I suggest you ease up the summoning restrictions (how about 1 "Agent" syncro + 1 "Agent" effect monster?) and lower the protection it has, either through lower ATK/being able to be targeted/being given a non-continuous protection
This One Piece Card Game booster box covers the Marineford / Paramount War arc and introduced the Whitebeard Pirates as a full deck archetype, a favorite pull among One Piece TCG collectors
Each Collector Booster is guaranteed to have one of these five in traditional foil
Players in either game can use monsters/creatures to attack the opponent and reduce their life points or use other cards and effects to gain more life or make the opponent lose life
The protagonist almost slides towards it on a trail of fire that looks every bit as impressive as the encounter in the game feels
Turn one, Ruin Crab, turn two, Persistent Petitioners, turn three, you can play one more advisor and another crab, and then turn four you get two more Petitioners
