Its also a binary condition you either meet that number or you dont, and having four or five unique power values on the board is only relevant as a bit of insurance (so you wont suddenly lose access to coven after one removal spell)
Functionally, its identical to Dawnfeather Eagle, but the flavor of an angels arrival inspiring the troops makes much more sense to me than an eagles arrival (whose flavor text justifies its ability by it landing on Exquisite Archangels arm)
Its an inherently aggressive gameplan, both because youre cashing in your resources to maximize short-term damage, and because flooding the board makes you incredibly vulnerable to sweepers and other late-game effects
The idea of it being imprinted on an Isochron Scepter is also a fun idea for a removal engine if (and thats a big if) you protect your boardstate
