Unlike the Kykar deck, for instance, where the tokens arent really meant for attack but more of a sac outlet for extra mana, Caesars deck wants you to make these tokens stronger to attack harder and more frequently
While there's no way of telling what will happen to this price over time, all things point towards this card increasing in value over the next few years
Now we have scry lands (Temples), cycling fetchable duals and other utility lands for days and you rarely see these used

You get to use the 7 cards first and you can choose the timing, but I don't think there will ever be an advantageous timing when you've spent 5 mana to play a card that does nothing
But I liked the card, so every time we got a new rules manager I would show him the card
