The TCG that feels the most similar to Lorcana is Magic: The Gathering, but whereas Magic features two players as rival wizards summoning creatures and casting spells in order to defeat each other in battle, Lorcana is much more family-friendly where no one gets hurt
As a result, it runs a higher creature count than Izzet Cauldron or Izzet Prowess did for a slightly more traditional creature-based aggro strategy
It also gets its own removal spell if you pay 7 and transform it into Hydaelyn, the Mothercrystal

Im a big fan of these lands because they come in untapped and can very easily work around draws and the rest of your opening hand
Sunfrill Imitator as a cheap-ish Dino that can make big attacks as you unleash your larger Dinosaurs is a nice pairing with Belligerent Yearling to get these decks a little lower to the ground
