Vivi Ornitier Rarity: Mythic Rare Card Type: Legendary Creature Wizard Power/Toughness: 0/3 Casting Cost: 1BR Market Value: $46.47 (Regular), $52.47 (Foil) To a lot of players, Vivi is one of the all-time great Izzet spellslinger deck commanders
But this concept got its very own card out of sheer delight
Scrooge McDucks ability allows you to play an Item card for free, whenever he banishes a character in a Challenge
While the spike in price is also due to scalping (the practice of buying large quantities of popular or limited-edition products at retail price to reduce supply and increase demand), or the number of new people who only want to collect, if the card gets banned as a result of the skewed metagame, that value will likely drop, pissing off more than one dedicated collector
Of note, Special Guests cards aren't found in the wildcard nor traditional foil slot in Play Boosters
They take a little longer to go on and add thickness but are perfect if you absolutely must protect your cards from liquids
