Among those are cards from several distinct eras in the games history, with a nice range of effects, potential archetypes and staples
Ashling, the Limitless, uses evoke to get big creatures out cheaper, and when they're sacrificed because of it, you can create a copy that costs you mana to keep around
I also really enjoy this card for Type Four where it's heavy Black mana cost won't matter since you have infinite mana and it's a bit easier to cast in Commander than other casual formats with its Arcane Signets, Command Towers and Commander's Spheres effects
Creatures like these lurking in the background are on-point flavor-wise, helping Duskmourn hit on the modern horror axis too
This adds to the angst of the opponent and often ruins their strategy
It's unclear if the card simply went missing or if it was stolen by an employee
