In most cases, Id have a high level of skepticism about any card that doesnt give energy unless it can be used for both interaction and doubling, as with Sublime Epiphany
in that regard I do think Brineborn Cutthroat is a bit better at least as I really like Lookouts Dispersal, and its a fine route to go down if youre desperate to max out on Dispersals
